Last Updated: July 2, 2026

Welcome to Planora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of our digital planners, templates, and printable patterns. By browsing our website or purchasing digital items, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual assets, calendar layouts, grid designs, seamless printable patterns, typography pairings, and digital instructions compiled within our products are the exclusive intellectual property of Planora. Our designs are protected by international copyright, trademark, and proprietary property regulations.

2. Personal Use License

When you complete a checkout on our store, Planora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and print the purchased items strictly for your individual, personal use.

Strictly Prohibited Actions: Under this personal license, you agree that you will not distribute the digital files, share download links with other users, resell modified or raw versions of the layout templates, package them for commercial client services, or upload them to public servers/clouds.

3. Purchase Eligibility and Billing

By submitting order details, you confirm that you are using valid payment credentials. All prices are displayed in USD. Planora reserves the right to adjust template pricing, modify product availability, or decline orders if billing discrepancy is identified.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital templates are designed and tested to perform on major note-taking applications (GoodNotes and Notability). However, all files are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that markup applications will not alter their system parameters or rendering formats in future software updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planora Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your inability to import or configure the templates, local printing hardware malfunctions, or data corruption on your local tablet storage.
