Please note: Because our planners, templates, and patterns are instant digital downloads, they are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be physically returned. By completing your checkout, you agree to our digital refund policy detailed below.

As a provider of digital planners, templates, and printable patterns, we outline our policy regarding returns and refunds below to ensure a transparent and fair experience.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the instant accessibility and digital nature of all downloadable files sold on our store, all sales are final. Once your order has been verified and download links are dispatched via email or generated on-screen, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions, check file details, and review app compatibility configurations (e.g. GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes) prior to finalizing your purchase.

2. Defective Files and Damaged Links

We hold our planner layouts to the highest quality standards. However, if you experience a technical difficulty, please review the exceptions below:

  • Broken Hyperlinks: If you discover a hyperlink within a digital planner calendar grid that is broken or incorrectly mapped, please contact us. We will correct the template layout and dispatch a revised PDF download immediately.
  • Corrupt Files: If a downloadable file fails to unzip, open, or import due to server corruption during transfer, we will replace the file link with a verified cloud link.
  • App Compatibility: While we outline standard import guidelines for major markup applications (GoodNotes and Notability), we will assist you with importing procedures if you face system configurations issues.

3. Purchase Recovery

If you lose access to your digital files due to a local device update, system crash, or misplaced emails, you do not need to purchase the items again. Simply check our Track Order page or contact us at hello@planora.co with your order credentials, and we will resend your download link pack free of charge.
