Because we specialize in digital planners, templates, and printable patterns, all products are delivered as secure, cloud-hosted files. There is no physical courier shipping, transit delay, or package packaging waste.

1. Shipping Costs and Fees

All digital items are shipped to your email address and device completely free of charge. There are no shipping fees, delivery handling charges, or taxes on physical transit. The shipping cost for all orders is always $0.00.

2. Digital Delivery Methods and Timing

We understand the excitement of starting a new planning routine. Our digital distribution system is automated to provide instant access:

  • Immediate On-Screen Links: Once your payment is approved, your checkout confirmation page will automatically generate direct download links for all purchased planners or pattern sets.
  • Email Link Dispatch: Within 5 to 10 minutes of completing your checkout, a transaction confirmation email is dispatched containing your secure download vault link. This vault maintains all purchase download records.

3. Lost or Missing Links

If you do not see your email delivery link packet in your primary inbox, please perform the following checks:

  • Check your Promotions, Updates, and Spam filter tabs in your email service application.
  • Confirm that the email address provided during checkout was spelled correctly.

If you still cannot locate your purchase files, please navigate to our Track Order page to run an email lookup, or email us at hello@planora.co. We will verify your transaction and manually trigger the delivery link set.

4. International Shipping

Because our templates are cloud-hosted, Planora products are available for purchase and instant download **worldwide**. There are no geographic restrictions or customs delays for digital access keys.
